Salsa Locura is run by UKA qualified instructor Sandy Wilks and is based in Ellesmere Port, near Chester. The style of salsa taught is New York (Cross Body) On 1 at Beginner and Improver level. Regular classes are taught in the Chester and Wirral area on behalf of organisations such as Adult Education and Healthy Living Centres, catering for students from age 16 to 60+.
